As part of our ‘Know What to Know’ career development series, we have published a checklist that provides a detailed plan to understand the major disciplines involved in EPC projects – from design to construction.
Why do we need this?
The EPC industry is a multi-disciplinary sector. Many professionals start their careers with a particular discipline and don’t get a chance to work in other disciplines. This often hinders the overall career development of the individual as they lack to see the overall picture.
It does not mean you are expected to be an expert in each discipline. But if you have a basic understanding of the major disciplines and their deliverables, you will feel pretty confident about your career growth.

How did we create it?
The Checklist is a result of the numerous interactions we had with EPC professionals – both experienced as well as our upcoming professionals.
